What this covers
This policy covers studio.bennettfree.com, the website for Bennett Free Global, a sole proprietorship based in Napa, California.
What is collected
Only what you choose to enter in the consultation form. That can include your name, your business name, your email address, your phone number, a link to your website or social page, what you are looking for, your rough timeline, and any notes you add.
Your name, email address, and agreement to be contacted are required. Everything else is optional and can be left blank.
What is not collected
- There are no accounts and no passwords.
- There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
- There are no third party analytics or advertising pixels.
- No payment details are ever entered on this website.
Why it is collected
To reply to you, to understand your business before we speak, and to keep a record of our conversation about your project. It is not used for anything else.
Who else is involved
When you submit the form, the details are delivered by email through Resend, an email delivery provider. The website itself is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard technical logs such as IP addresses for security and reliability. Both act as service providers only.
Your information is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing by anyone else.
How long it is kept
Form submissions live in my email inbox. They are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards as a business record. You can ask me to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
Email bennettfree@gmail.com to request a copy of what I hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. If you are in California, this includes your rights to know about and delete personal information, and to not be discriminated against for asking.
Children
This website is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 16. I do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of this page will change with it.
