What this covers

This policy covers studio.bennettfree.com, the website for Bennett Free Global, a sole proprietorship based in Napa, California.

What is collected

Only what you choose to enter in the consultation form. That can include your name, your business name, your email address, your phone number, a link to your website or social page, what you are looking for, your rough timeline, and any notes you add.

Your name, email address, and agreement to be contacted are required. Everything else is optional and can be left blank.

If you call or text the studio phone number, I also collect your phone number, the content of your messages, basic call details such as time and duration, and any voicemail you choose to leave. This information, along with form submissions, is kept in a private customer record so I can follow up and keep track of our conversation.

The site also loads the Meta Pixel (advertising measurement). Meta may set cookies and receive page-view and similar event data so I can measure and improve ads. See Meta's privacy policy for how they process that data.

What is not collected

• There are no accounts and no passwords.
• No payment details are ever entered on this website.

Why it is collected

Form and phone information is collected to reply to you, to understand your business before we speak, and to keep a record of our conversation about your project. Meta Pixel data is used only to measure and improve my own advertising.

Who else is involved

A small number of trusted providers process this information on my behalf, as service providers only:

• Resend delivers and receives email, such as your form submission and my reply.
• Twilio carries phone calls and text messages to and from the studio number, and stores voicemail recordings.
• Supabase hosts the private database where contact details, inquiries, and conversation history are stored.
• Vercel hosts the website and keeps standard technical logs such as IP addresses for security and reliability.
• Meta receives Pixel events for advertising measurement, as described above.

Your information is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing by anyone else. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties, and no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Phone calls and text messages

Texts with the studio number are one to one and conversational. You start the conversation by calling or texting first, and I reply personally about your questions, your project, scheduling, a missed call, or support. I do not send automated alerts, recurring campaigns, promotional broadcasts, or messages to purchased lists.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also just ask me to stop and I will.

How long it is kept

Form submissions, contact details, and call and message history are kept in my email inbox and private customer record while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards as a business record. You can ask me to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

Email bennettfree@gmail.com to request a copy of what I hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. If you are in California, this includes your rights to know about and delete personal information, and to not be discriminated against for asking.

Children

This website is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 16. I do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of this page will change with it.
